注册或使用 Geolix.ai（以下简称"服务"）即表示你已阅读并同意本服务条款。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。By signing up or using Geolix.ai (the "Service") you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. 账户2. Account
你须提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账号凭据。账号下的所有活动均由你本人负责。发现未授权访问应立即告知我们。企业账户管理员对其团队成员行为负责。You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Enterprise admins are responsible for the actions of their team members.
3. 可接受使用3. Acceptable Use
你不得使用本服务进行：① 违反所在地区法律的活动；② 生成或传播侵权、欺诈、仇恨、色情、暴力内容；③ 试图绕开计费/配额、滥用 AI 引擎、扫描或攻击我们的基础设施；④ 未获书面授权转售本服务给第三方。我们保留终止违反条款账号的权利。You may not use the Service to: (a) perform any activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction; (b) generate or distribute infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexual or violent content; (c) attempt to bypass billing/quotas, abuse upstream AI engines, or scan/attack our infrastructure; (d) resell the Service to third parties without written authorization. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. 计费与套餐4. Billing
套餐配额按月计算，超出部分按增量包计费。已发生的费用不予退款，除非适用法律另有要求。你可以随时降级或取消套餐，新周期生效。详细计费规则见价格页。Plan quotas reset monthly; usage beyond included quota is billed via add-on packs. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. You may downgrade or cancel at any time effective from the next billing cycle. See the pricing page for full details.
5. 知识产权5. Intellectual Property
Geolix.ai 平台软件、UI、品牌等知识产权归 Geolix 所有。你通过本服务生成的内容（检测报告等）的所有权归你本人；为提供服务我们享有最小必要的处理与展示授权。All software, UI and brand assets that make up Geolix.ai are owned by Geolix. Content you generate via the Service (detection reports, etc.) is owned by you; you grant us the minimum necessary licence to process and display that content in order to operate the Service.
6. 责任限制6. Limitation of Liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Geolix 不对间接、附带、衍生损失承担责任。我们对单一事件的总责任不超过你在事件发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的费用。To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geolix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any single event is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.
7. 终止7. Termination
我们可在重大违反条款时立即暂停或终止你的账户；常规情况下我们会提前 7 天通知。账户终止后，已生成的数据将依《隐私政策》保留或清除。We may suspend or terminate your account immediately upon material breach of these Terms; otherwise we will give you 7 days notice. After termination, data is retained or removed according to the Privacy Policy.
8. 变更与适用法律8. Changes and Governing Law
我们可能不时更新本条款；重大变更会在生效前通过站内或邮件通知。在适用法律允许范围内，本条款及任何与本服务相关的争议适用中华人民共和国法律。如有疑问请通过 contact@geolix.ai 联系我们。We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect.
