Geolix.ai 在你注册和使用产品过程中收集必要的账户信息（邮箱、姓名）、项目配置（域名、品牌名、行业）以及为完成检测等功能所必需的运行数据（任务记录、用量、计费事件）。所有数据采集均限于功能必需。Geolix.ai collects account information (email, name) you provide during sign-up, project configuration (domain, brand, industry) you create, and operational data necessary to deliver detection features (task records, usage, billing events). Collection is strictly limited to what is needed to provide the service.

收集的信息仅用于：① 提供并改进 Geolix 服务（含 AI 引擎调用、报告生成、数据分析）；② 计费与套餐配额管理；③ 必要的安全审计与违规调查；④ 经你明确同意后的产品更新与运营通知。我们不会出售你的个人数据。We use the data we collect only to: (1) provide and improve Geolix services, including AI engine calls, reports and analytics; (2) handle billing and quota management; (3) perform required security audits and incident investigations; (4) send product updates and operational notices when you have opted in. We do not sell personal data.
3. 第三方与子处理者3. Third Parties and Sub-processors
为提供服务，我们会向第三方 AI 引擎（ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / 豆包 / DeepSeek 等）转发完成检测所必需的查询文本；向支付服务商（Stripe）转发完成扣款所必需的账单信息。任何第三方都受其各自的隐私政策约束。To provide the service, we forward query text needed for detection to upstream AI engines (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Doubao / DeepSeek, etc.) and forward billing data necessary for payment to our payment processor (Stripe). Each third party is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. 数据保留与删除4. Data Retention and Deletion
账户与项目数据在你账户存续期间保留。删除项目会进入回收站冷却 30 天，期间可恢复；冷却结束后永久清除时，相关检测记录、聚合数据、内容产出等业务数据会一并清除。如需导出或彻底删除全部账户数据，请通过 contact@geolix.ai 提交请求，我们会在 30 天内响应。Account and project data are retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleting a project moves it to a trash with a 30-day cooldown during which it can be restored; once permanently removed, the associated detection records, aggregates and generated content are also removed. To export or fully delete your account data, email contact@geolix.ai — we will respond within 30 days.
